What is Machine Learning and how will Artificial Intelligence help us. Jim Baldwin will present an introduction to help demystify these concepts. He will also introduce the “Alice” project which aims to make using internet services simpler and safer for all of us.
Jim Baldwin is the Founder and CEO of Antimatter Research which launched in Palo Alto on December 13, 2013 with a core vision of building products with embedded intelligence. Jim is a Silicon Valley veteran maker of things small and large, from transistors to chips, systems, firmware, applications, and distributed cloud-based systems.
The meeting will be held at the Palo Alto Elks Lodge, 4249 El Camino Real, Palo Alto. We will be meeting in the Library/Card Room across the hall from the Lodge Room. All members and guests are invited to attend an optional NO-host dinner prior to our general meeting. Dinner will be at 5:45 PM at The Bistro located on the ground floor of the Elks Lodge.
